TOMATO, SPINACH AND MASCARPONE GNOCCHI
Original recipe makes 4
| 500 gramsgnocchi; ready made |
| 1 350-gram jartomato pasta sauce |
| 100 gramsspinach; washed |
| 250 gramsmascarpone. |
| 50 gramsparmesan or grana padano cheese |
TOMATO, SPINACH AND MASCARPONE GNOCCHI Preparation
Cook gnocchi according to instructions and drain. Heat tomato sauce in ovenproof dish and add spinach until wilted.
Add gnocchi, season and spoon blobs of marscapone over. Scatter with shavings of cheese and grill until bubbling and golden.
