4 ouncesfrozen orange juice concentrate; thawed
2 tablespoonsmelted butter
2 tablespoonssteak sauce
4 lbspork loin roast; (up to 5 lb)
Crockpot Pork Roast with Orange Glaze Preparation
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic salt all over the roast and brown on all sides in a hot, dry skillet
Blend ingredients and brush all over, then put in crockpot, pour a little more over roast, save some for end to blend with juices, cook on low for 4-5 hours until it is fall off the bone tender
You can also do this in the oven with a pork loin roast. Blend first 3 ingredients. Brush over pork; bake at 350 degrees F about 2 1/2 hours, or pork is fully cooked. Baste again about 10 minutes before serving.
Sprinkle a little OJ juice on before serving, just for that extra kick of orange
Serves 4 to 6.
