Chilled Grilled Summer Squash with Balsamic Dressing
I had these at a catered baby shower, and then tried to duplicate it. These are great on a hot day, I make mine in the morning (it was 114 today in the desert) then they are ready as a great side dish. They go with any kind of meat or seafood. You will love the grilled flavor mixed with a hint of sweetness."Very good! I love the balsamic vinegar on the veggies. Quick, easy, healthy and tasty. " - IvySue
