Baked White Fish and Saffron Casserole Preparation
cook whitefish in skillet in butter until close to done; add chopped onion and brown; in meantime cook rice per package and add seasoning at this time; in a 8 x 8 casserole dish combine rice, fish and onion/butter, and cream of asparagus soup. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs if you like. Bake covered for 35-40 minutes, remove cover and cook additional 10 minutes.
