| 3 cupTomato; chopped |
| 1 cupBell pepper; chopped |
| 1/2 cupRed onion; chopped |
| 1/3 cupCilantro; chopped |
| 2 16-oz canBlack eyed peas; rinsed and drained |
| 1 12-oz canCorn |
| 1 bottleItalian dressing |
| juice of one lime |
| 5 Green onion; chopped |
| 1 Jalapeno peppers; chopped fine |
Texas Caviar Preparation
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to meld flavors before serving. Serve with Pita Chips or other strong chip.
