I made this dish last night, and my wife said she loved it. I used turkey Kilbasa but everything else was the same. Great recipe and I'm sure I'll be making it again!
Great recipe! May want to double servings and cook potatoes less time in the microwave, they became a bit mushy in the Pan but still really good. Also definitely more water is needed. Can't wait to try this again!
Tasted very good, I used russet potatoes that is the only thing I changed, I may use garlic and chive's and drop the Thyme next time, I will also add 1/8 tsp of salt. tasted good however the way it is listed.
I made this for dinner tonight and was very pleased to find that it was soooooo good! I doubled the recipe for the sauce except for the brown sugar because people posted on here that it was a little sweet, so i instead only used 1tbsp. In the future I would double the sauce recipe and use 2 tbsp of brown sugar but I will definitely be making this again!
Worked out well for me tonight. Everyone liked it including my 7-year old daughter & 24-year old son. I followed the recipe exactly (I'm not confident enough in my cooking to tweak things the first go-round). Might try to double the sauce like some others have said but it was very tasty as is.
So good!! The hint of bacon with the smoky sausage tasted great together. And very easy to put together
One of my family favorites! I sometimes substitute chopped chives in place of using onion and garlic. I also cook the potatoes in the microwave 9-10 minutes so they will be a bit more tender.
The meat was yummy but the potatoes were way too sweet. Next time I will do some major tweaking to this recipe.
I had to cook my potatoes a lot more for them to be soft, no biggie. I used smoked sausage instead, I also didn't have Dijon mustard and used regular yellow mustard, turned out great! ?? the family devoured it in no time and I have to make it again tonight, delish!!
