Potato Kielbasa Skillet
All in one meal"This was very easy and delicious. I had to double the recipe for last minute company. I would say that next time I would substitute a Tablespoon of the brown sugar for an additional Tablespoon of the mustard. The sauce (which i doubled/quadrupled for mine) was a tad sweet but delicious non the less. I used 1/2 teaspoon of Thyme and 1 teaspoon garlic powder for the double batch and it was perfect. Even my picky boyfriend who "hates polish sausage" gobbled it up... note i used skinless kielbasi. - Gina" - ginablondie1016
