I loved this, but my family wasn't as appreciative. The problem? Picky eaters don't like wilted greens. The sauce is wonderful, if a little heavy on the thyme. Next time I'll half that particular ingredient and dish up the family's servings before tossing in the spinach (although with so much good stuff to try on BigOven, there may not be a next time. We'll see...)

This recipe was a big hit at my house! The meat and potatoes with the Dijon mustard made the flavour jump off the plate. The spinach was a nice addition.

Super easy and really good! I had some extra matchstick carrots so I added them in for more veggies. Really good meal!

My son made this. Very good and will make again with slight changes. Potato could have been sliced and more al dente (no need to precook), sauce could have been more abundant (sort of dry). Overall an excellent recipe that only needs adjusting to personal preferences. Sweet and sour taste came through very clearly.

We really liked it. I did change it up a bit. I could not bring myself to put in the brown sugar and I did not have bacon on hand so didn't add that. I ended adding a little water - it seemed to be drying out toward the end. Also had to add some salt - especially for the potatoes - just think they needed it. But it was pretty yummy.

This recipe was very tasty! I omitted the spinach and substituted bacon grease for the bacon since I didn't have bacon on hand. I did need to add additional salt though since it needed a little umph. My husband loved it though and he's rather finicky.

Excellent, Tasty, and spicy enough even with Mild Keilbasi. The Vinegar matches the brown sugar and mustard and melds perfectly with the Keilbasi and potato. It is a well balanced dish. Spinach adds a little color and makes you feel like you're eating something healthy. Good mental effect.

Only thing I would say the step "boiling" off the vinegar/sugar mixture is misleading - at least in my experience it isn't enough total liquid to actually boil. It gets almost immediatey absorbed.

The amount of thyme was a bit much in my opinion. It was very good regardless. Will make again but with less thyme.
