My family and I really liked this dish. I didn't have kielbasa on hand, so I used bratwurst instead and it still tasted really good. I doubled up the sauce ingredients for the perfect sauce amount. I sprinkled a little bit of salt and used the bacon grease for extra flavour. The only thing else different I would do is microwave the potatoes for a bit longer, but other than that this is an awesome recipe!

This meal was quick and delicious! It will definitely be added to our regular dinner choices as a quick side or main course!

This was an interesting dish with all good ingredients. I prepared exactly as recipe says and although my bf and I ate it, my son was not thrilled at all. Important to note is that he has autism so I believe the sweetness of the meat turned him off. I thought it was okay but probably won't make again.

Great recipe... Fast and easy to make and still tastes great! I served it with white rice.

Was not thrilled with this recipe. Too dry and bland. It needed more, just not sure what. I usually love the recipes I find on Big Oven, so I was kind of disappointed...oh well, onto the next one!

This was very easy and delicious. I had to double the recipe for last minute company. I would say that next time I would substitute a Tablespoon of the brown sugar for an additional Tablespoon of the mustard. The sauce (which i doubled/quadrupled for mine) was a tad sweet but delicious non the less. I used 1/2 teaspoon of Thyme and 1 teaspoon garlic powder for the double batch and it was perfect. Even my picky boyfriend who "hates polish sausage" gobbled it up... note i used skinless kielbasi. - Gina

I've made this several times. It's a great weeknight recipe that's quick and easy to make, and really tasty!

This was really good, but I'm from New Orleans, so I had to add boiled shrimp! I also used potatoes and sausages left over from a crawfish boil. It added so much flavor to an already great dish!

The first time i made it per recipe, it was okay. This time i subbed the spinach with mushrooms, apple, and red peppers. Added fresh garlic& a bit of mesquite to the dressing. NOW I give it 5 stars!

I made this for the first time tonight. I'm already looking forward to making it again. I wish I had leftovers right. But it was so good there were no leftovers.
