| 3 tablespoonsButter or margarine |
| 2 tablespoonsBrown sugar |
| 1 tablespoonDijon mustard |

Carrots with A Dijon Glaze Preparation
Boil carrots in water until tender, mix the remaining ingredients in microwave for 1-2 minutes, just to blend. Spread all over carrots and toss lightly
