3 LargeBlueberry bagels
2 Cupsmilk
6 Eggs
2/3 CupsSugar
1 CupsBlueberries
2 tablespoonsVanilla
2 tablespoonsCinnamon
Chambord liquer; optional

Blueberry Bagel Bread Pudding Preparation

Tear up your bagels, heat oven to 350, grease a metal bowl or pan like brownie pan, or bread dish, Mix your milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon in a blender or mixer until thoroughly mixed togher, put your bread pieces in your pan, and pour the milk mixture over it, then put the bluberries over the top, stir a bit,

bake at 350

degrees for approximately 1 hour. Let cool, Drizzle with chambord liqueur

place in individual bowls. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
