Sweet and hot, this is being used on a pork tenderloin recipe for an Hawaiian-style Luau dinner party.

"We used this marinade w/ boneless prok ribs. The only swap I made was Chinese Five Spice for the Allspice. While this takes a bit of planning for a weeknight dinner, it came out very spicy and delicious. Will make this again. " - eca234

I have a mango tree and every year I slice and freeze in baggies buckets of mangos. This recipe is awesome! I served it with a pork loin I prepared with a fresh marinade. Absolutely delicious!!

Very spicy but full of flavour. How long do you think it will keep for? In a jar, in the fridge.

What a firey-hot sauce! Used on grilled chicken and paired with a cool cucumber salad. Very spicy; not for the feint of heart.

Really has a kick! Quite a flavor profile -- sweet, hot, spicy, tangy... all of the above.

I only used half the jalapenos, given the presence of the cayenne pepper, and am very glad I did. It still packs some heat. Perfect complement to grilled tenderloin or grilled steak. Wouldn't recommend this with fish -- it'd overpower it. We're serving this at a Hawaiian-themed luau dinner party.

Save a couple mango slices (or, better yet, buy a couple extra mangoes and slice them) for presentation.

(Also good consistency of final product to put in a squeeze bottle for more elegant presentation.)
