Sweet and hot, this is being used on a pork tenderloin recipe for an Hawaiian-style Luau dinner party.

| 2 tablespoonsVegetable oil |
| 1 mediumOnion; chopped |
| 1 largered bell pepper; chopped |
| 5 jalapenos; sliced |
| 1/3 cupred wine vinegar |
| 3 tablespoonsmolasses |
| 2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce |
| salt; to taste |
| 1/4 tspground allspice |
| 1/4 tspcayenne powder |
| 1 largemango; peeled and diced |
Mango Jalapeno Barbecue Sauce Preparation
Heat oil in saucepan. Add onions and pepper and cook until soft and light brown. Add the rest of the ingredients except mango. Simmer for 10 minutes then let cool.
Pour sauce into a blender. Add diced mangoes and blend until smooth.
