Sweet Potato Pie (cynthia's)
Wonderful creamy smooth pie for Thanksgiving!

Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cupSweetened Condensed Milk; bordens |
| 1 Pie crust |
| 1 largeSweet potato |
| 1/4 cupButter |
| 1/3 cupSugar |
| 3 Eggs |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/2 teaspoonCinnamon |
| 1/4 teaspoonNutmeg |
| 1 teaspoonVanilla |
Sweet Potato Pie (cynthia's) Preparation
Cook potato until tender. Poke holes in Pie shell - bake as directed until lightly browned. Skin potato and mash into whipped consistency. Combine potato with remaining ingredients. Pour into baked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes until thick and set.
