Original recipe makes 12
2 lbsground beef
1 smallOnion; chopped
2 pkgstaco seasoning
2 canstomato soup
1 canHominy beans; with juice
1 cancorn
1 canRanch Style beans
1 canBlack beans
1 canRotel
1 cangreen chiles
1 pkgdry Ranch dressing; optional
4 cupschicken broth
1 pkgshredded cheddar cheese; optional
1 cartonsour cream; optional

Aunt Ann's Taco Soup Preparation

Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and remove fat/grease. Combine and mix all ingredients in a crock pot and let simmer all day or simmer on stove for about 1 hour. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream as desired.
