Ingredients

Ravioli Dough:
3 cups flour
3 Eggs
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
water
1 Place flour in a bowl and make a well in the cent; oil and salt. Add water a little at a time to make a soft dough
Filling:
3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. ricotta cheese
3 Eggs
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp salt
pepper
1 Mix filling together in a bowl.
To assemble:
1 Divide dough into 5 pieces and roll into a very t
