| 2 cupsall purpose flour |
| 2 tspBaking soda |
| 0.25 tspSalt |
| 2 largeEggs; slightly beaten |
| 2 cupsFruit cocktail (with juice) |

| 0.75 cupEvaporated milk |
| 2.25 cupsBrown sugar |
| 0.5 cupsButter |
| 0.75 cupsCoconut |
| 0.75 cupsPecan; halved |
| 1 tspVanilla |
Decadent Fruit Cocktail Cake Preparation
Mix sugar, flour, baking soda and salt. Add slightly beaten egg and fruit coctail. Stir only till mixed. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350 for 30 minutes.
ICING:
Boil butter, milk and brown sugar for 1 minute. Add vanilla, coconut and nuts. Poke holes in warm cake. Pour icing over top of warmed cake.
Notes
Recipe calls for 2 cups of fruit cocktail. a 14oz can is a little short of two cups. Add marichino cherries, grapes or another fruit to bring up juice/fruit to equal two cups.
