Original recipe makes 6
1 cupWater
1 cupbulgur
1 cupparsley; finely chopped
1/4 cupfresh mint; finely chopped
3 green onions; finely chopped
1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
2 teaspoonscumin; ground
2 largeTomatoes; chopped
2 smallcucmbers; chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoonsolive oil

Tabbouleh Salad Preparation

Pour water and bulgur in a large bowl and soak for 1 hour.

Add in all the ingredients and toss.

Chill 1 hour to blend the flavors.

Serve on top of torn Romaine lettuce if desired.
