| 1 cupbulgur |
| 1 cupparsley; finely chopped |
| 1/4 cupfresh mint; finely chopped |
| 3 green onions; finely chopped |
| 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper |
| 2 teaspoonscumin; ground |
| 2 largeTomatoes; chopped |
| 2 smallcucmbers; chopped |
| Juice of 1 lemon |
| 3 tablespoonsolive oil |
Tabbouleh Salad Preparation
Pour water and bulgur in a large bowl and soak for 1 hour.
Add in all the ingredients and toss.
Chill 1 hour to blend the flavors.
Serve on top of torn Romaine lettuce if desired.
