Traditional Mexican rice side dish

"I've tried many times to get this Mexican rice to come out like restaurants make it, this is as close as I've gotten. Needs just a touch more flavor, but you'll be happy with it."

Just made this and it was great! I used tomato sauce and had to use a bout half a cup more rice to make it not soupy. It was soooo good, no more bagged rice for me.

Really liked this recipe. It was easy, flavorful, and authentic tasting. I added carrot and put in less bell pepper.

Great texture, but recommend cutting salt by half- even though I used low-sodium chicken broth, tasted a bit too salty. But this recipe is definitely a keeper! Thanks!
