Frito Chili Pie
Recipes » Soups, Stews and Chili » Chili
A casserole handed down from my father. Super easy and enjoyable by all ages!
"Oh, so good! One of my kids had 5 helpings of this. I did not bother to do all the layering - I mixed the meat with the chili and the corn and then just did a layer of Fritos, layer of meat mixture, layer of cheese and then repeated that. It was quick to make and all the ingredients were easy to find, except for the Fritos it's all stuff I would normally have on hand." - lisafriswoldwaeltermannYield: 6 Servings Ready in 45 minutes
