Lemon Drizzle Cake Preparation
Grease standard oblong Swiss roll tin
Melt together margarine and sugar. Add grated lemon and beaten eggs. Beat in flour and bake for 20 minutes at 170 C (in fan assisted oven).
Whilst cooking stir together sugar and lemon juice. Pour this mixture over the cooked cake immediately after you have taken it out of the oven. Let the whole thing get cold before you slice it into portions.
