Salt and pepper
1 Ribcelery; chpd
1 Carrot; chpd
2 Eggs
slicesRed onion
2 tsVeg oil; divided
slicesAvocado
Catsup
Buns
Garlic; opt
1/2 cBreadcrumbs

Walnut and Veggie Burgers Preparation

Saute onion celery, carrots and red bell pepper in 1t oil until soft. Cover if desired. Garlic may be added if desired. Add nuts, crumbs, and rice. Form into patties. Fry in 1t oil until golden.
