A family favorite that has options for sandwiches with au jus or BBQ beef!
Rub each side of the brisket with garlic. In heavy foil large enough to be sealed around the brisket sprinkle the Worcestershire sauce, Soy sauce, and a little dried onion. Place the brisket in the foil with the mixture and sprinkle more of the mixture on top of the brisket. Seal tightly and place in pan in refrigerator overnight or place in the freezer. If taking out of the freezer, cook 6.5 to 7 hours at 225 degrees. If taking out of the refrigerator, cook 5 to 6 hours at 225 degrees. Let it cool and then slice and pour juice over it. When ready to serve, heat at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
