Excellent chicken chili for the crockpot
"This turned out really well, but 2 cans of beans was a little too much for my taste. Next time, I think I will just use 1 1/2 cans. I think I might add a little chicken stock as well. | 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts; cubed |
| 1 cantomatoes; diced |
| 2 cansnorthern beans |
| 2 cupsfrozen corn |
| 1 candiced chilis; (hot or mild to taste) |
| 1 tspground cumin |
| 1 tspchili powder |
| 1/2 tsppepper |
| 1/2 tSalt |
| 1 bagshredded mozzarella cheese |
Crockpot White Chicken Chili Preparation
Place all ingredients except cheese in the crockpot. Cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. 1/2 hour prior to serving, add bag of shredded cheese.
Serve with crusty bread.
