6 scallions; chopped
2 Jalapeno peppers; seeded and chopped
8 tablespoons sweet red pepper; chopped
8 tablespoons fresh cilantro; chopped
2 fresh limes; juiced
1 teaspoon Kosher salt

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Chill salsa in refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours before serving to blend all the flavors.
