Servings
Original recipe makes 6
2 cansCrescent Rolls
1 cupMayo
8 ozCream Cheese
1 packetRanch dressing mix
4 cupsassorted diced vegetables; (I used Black Olives, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Green Onions)
1 cupCheddar cheese; shredded

Cold Veggie Pizza Preparation

Roll out Crescent Roll dough to cover a large baking sheet. Poke with fork to eliminate any air pockets. Bake as instructed until edges are golden brown. (375-degrees for about 11 minutes.)

While crust is baking, mix together the "sauce": Mayo, Cream Cheese and Ranch packet. For the topping, dice your selected vegetables.

Once the crust has cooled, spread "sauce" all over and top generously with vegetables. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.

I used reduced fat ingredients whenever possible and it works just fine. Easy way to eliminate unnecessary calories. [I posted this recipe.]
