Butter and Herb Poached Shrimp

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Fish and Shellfish

This quick and easy shrimp dish is flavorful and addictive. You won't want to stop eating them and you may even have to make more. The poaching liquid can also be used for Lobster Tails.

"What a lovely way to fix shrimp! I was looking for something different from my usual shrimp scampi, and this was just what I needed. Out of this world flavor, and so simple to make. Even Picky Wife raved about it!"

Be careful not to over cook the shrimp or it will become rubbery.
