I had to take a stab at it and write it down for once. Other recipes just dont seem to pack enough flavor & punch. This one will, let me know what you think. The flavors meld well with all types of meat.

Original recipe makes 6
1 cupSoy sauce
1/3 cupSake
1/4 cupRice Wine Vinegar
3 tbsBrown Sugar; (up to 4)
1 tspSesame Oil
1/2 tspSiracha Hot Sauce; (up to 1)
2 clovesGarlic; pressed or minced
1 tbspfresh Ginger; grated
2 Scalions; finely chopped

Twinkles' Teriyaki Sauce Preparation

Combine all ingredients and allow sugar to dissolve. Use as a marinade for steak, chicken, or fish.

This is great on salmon, only marinade for 30min - 1 hour then cook in the broiler until the fish has a nice glaze on it. [I posted this recipe.]
