Cook chopped green pepper, onion, and garlic in a pan. Pour into a large pot. Add the beans and tomatoes into the large pot on medium heat. In the first pan, cook the ground turkey. Add chili powder and red pepper to the meat as it cooks. When it is cooked, add the turkey to the large pot. Cook everything on medium to low for about a half hour with the lid on. Lower the heat to low and let it sit for as long as you like. It can be served after the initial half hour of cooking. I like to top it with shredded cheddar cheese. I eventually put the rest in the fridge and it lasts for several days.
