A simple tzatziki sauce.

"This sauce was perfect. It had just the right amount of garlic and dill. I used dried dill because I was afraid the fresh dill would taste too strong. I'm going to use fresh dill next time and compare the two. Thanks for sharing! " - Anachele

Made this to go with homemade gyros. This was a hit and received much higher acclaim than did the gyros. Spoons were licked. Now thats a great sauce. Thank you for posting. We all enjoyed this. Will make often.

Made Tzatziki for the first time using this recipe! I made it to put on homemade gyros. I definitely recommend! It was a very tasty touch that my husband and I really enjoyed!

Excellent, I upped the lemon a bit but otherwise makes a great sauce for a Mediterranean feast.

Fantastic sauce! I used it on falafel and it was the perfect addition. I cut the salt down a bit and was still great sauce.
