Original recipe makes 4
5 cooking apples
3/4 cupSugar
3/8 cupFlour
1 tblscinnamon
1/2 cupshortening
1 pie shell; nine inch

Brown Bag Apple Pie Preparation

Peel and slice apples and place in pie shell. Mix 1/2 cup sugar,2 Tbls flour, 1 Tbls cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Blend shortening with remaining ingredients. Spread over apples. Place in a large brown papre bag and bake at 425 for 1 hour.
