1 head romaine lettuce
Caesar dressing of choice
1 large portobello mushroom
Nama Shoyu; (organic raw soy sauce)

Preparation

Slice the mushroom to look like grilled chicken strips, and marinate them for 20 minutes or more in Nama Shoyu.

Wash, rip, and spin the romaine lettuce.

Toss in the Caesar dressing.

Drain off the excess soy sauce and top the salad with the mushroom strips.
