2 cupUntoasted Muesli
1 cupWhole-wheat flour
2 tspBaking Powder
1/2 cupSultanas
1/2 cupBrown sugar
180 gramsButter
1/4 cupHoney
2 Eggs; Lightly Beaten

Fruit Muesli Slice Preparation

Line a 8" x 8" pan with cooking paper. Spary lightly with oil.

Combine muesli, flour, dried fruit (you can also add some chopped apricots), baking powder and sugar in a bowl.

Melt honey and butter together in microwave. Let cool slightly.

Add eggs and butter / honey mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Spead into pan.

Bake for 30min at 180 deg C or 160 deg c fan fored for 30 minutes or until slice is browned and a scewer come out clean in the middle of the pan.

Allow to cool before cutting.

You can also melt 200 grams of chocolate and drizzle over hote slice then leave to cool and cut as above
