1 egg; slightly beaten
1 tablespooncatsup
1 poundground round steak
1 tablespoongreen pepper; chopped
1/2 poundground pork
1 teaspoonsSalt
1/2 cupcracker crumbs
1 teaspoonSugar
1 smallOnion; chopped
1 teaspoonSugar
1 tablespoonhorse-radish
1 cupscalded milk

Midcentury Meatloaf Preparation

Combine egg and meat. Mix other ingredients with scalded milk and add. Press into loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 1 hour. (Serves 6 – 8 )
