Make more caramel about double what you made already.
Puree the bananas with the caramel sauce from the above recipe. Add the new caramel sauce and chill completely. It will set very hard!
Scoop into balls and roll in first peanut butter then dip in chocolate!
Peel bananas and slice into ? inch slices.
Place water, sugar & corn syrup in a stainless steel pot and bring to a boil. Brush down the sides and continue to cook, without stirring, until it starts to take on a golden brown color, about 8 minutes.
Immediately add the heavy cream and butter, return to a simmer . Add the bananas and liquor and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow the bananas to steep for about 20 minutes. Strain out the bananas and add the liquor. (Reserve the bananas for eating over ice cream!)
