1/2 cupGranulated sugar
2 cupsmilk
1 eaVanilla Bean

Vanilla Cr?me Anglaise For Banana Bread Pudding Preparation

Whisk the egg yolks and the sugar together well.

Scrape the seeds from the vanilla opd into the milk. Place in a put and bring to a boil , reduce to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes.

Temper into the yolks and sugar mix and return to heat until it reaches a nape.
