Mom's Country Potato salad Preparation
PEEL POTATOES AND CUT INTO 1 INCH CUBES PLACE IN 5 QUART POT AND BOIL FOR APPROX. 8 MIN. DRAIN AND PLACE ON SINGLE LAYER OF PAPER TOWELS. (DO NOT RINSE IN COLD WATER)
WHILE THE POTATOES ARE COOLING OFF BEGIN TO COMBINED THE FOLLOWING INGREDENTS. ONION, CELERY THE EGGS THAT HAVE BEEN CHOPPED UP.
FOR THE DRESSING COMBINED RELISH, SALT, PEPPER, PAPERIKA, SUGAR, MUSTARD, AND MIRACLE WHIP. GENTLY FOLD THESE ITEMS TOGETHER.
AFTER THE POTATOES ARE COOLED COMBINED WITH THE OTHER INGREDENTS GENTLY FOLD TOGETHER AND BEGIN TO ADD THE DRESSING. IF AFTER THE DRESSING IS ADDED AND IT SEEMS TO BE A LITTLE TO DRY SIMPLY ADD A LITTLE MORE MIRACLE WHIP TO YOUR LIKING.
SPRINKLE WITH PAPERIKA AND CHILL.
