easy to do:
Canned Beans--Black Beans, White-Northern White, chopped Tomato-low sodium.
Placed in 3 sections, topped with a spice choice for each section;
Garnished with Sesame Chips or Tortilla Chips
Yield: 8 Ready in 45 minutes

| 1 Black Beans |
| 1 White-Northern White |
| 1 Tomatoes-low sodium; Chopped |
| 3 Spice choices: |
| 1 tspRose Mary |
| 1 tspTuscan Blend |
| 1 tspParmasen-Herb Blend |
| Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| Sesame Chips [or Tortilla Chips} |
Red,White,Blue--Beans & chopped Tomatoes Preparation
350 Oven
1-- 9" X 11" [or long] glass baking dish sprayed with Olive Oil
open & drain Beans, & Tomatoes
working left to right place as follows'
1 can Tomatoes
1 can White Beans
1 can Black Beans
Sprinkle:
1 tsp. Rose Mary on any section
1 tsp. Tuscan Blend on 2nd section
1 tsp. Parmesan-Herb Blend on last section
drizzle with Ex. Virgin Olive Oil
place Sesame Chips [ Tortilla Chips] in Horizontal line across 3 areas
Bake on top rack of oven--be careful not to mix the 3 areas
Bake for 30-35 Min. depending on oven
Can add small amt. of liquid if needed during bake time
