Red,White & Blue Bean & chopped Tomato side dish

A 2 Bean & Tomato side dish that is great with any Fish Entre'.
This utilizes very simple canned veggies with the addition of 3 different dry Spices; with Sesame Chips, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Ingredients
| 12 ozTomatoes; (up to 15 oz), canned low sodium chopped |
| 12 ozWhite Beans [Northern White are the best]; (up to 15 oz) canned |
| 12 ozBlack Beans; (up to 15 oz) canned |
| 3 different dry Spices |
| 1 tspRosemary |
| 1 tspTuscan Blend |
| 1 tspParmesan-Herb Blend |
| Olive Oil spray |
| 1/4 cupExtra Virgin Olive Oil; (up to 1/2 cup) |
| 1 Sesame Chips |
Red,White & Blue Bean & chopped Tomato side dish Preparation
Oven Temp.350
lightly spray an Oblong Glass Baking Dish
open & drain Beans
open Tomatoes-reserve liquid
Starting Left to Right,
place Tomatoes in 1/3 of baking dish
follow with White Beans in center 1/3
finish with Black Beans in final 1/3
Sprinkle spices:
Rosemary on Tomatoes
Tuscan Blend on White Beans
Parmesan-Herb Mix on Black Beans
pour 1/2 reserved Tomato liquid over veggies
drizzle Olive Oil around edges of veggies
Garnish with a Horizontal row of Sesame Chips across center of
Veggies.
Bake on Top Rack of Oven
[add extra liquid during baking, IF needed ]
Bake 30 min. until liquid is bubbling
Serve directly from Glass Dish

You can use Fresh veggies if you wish, but this will add time to total Active time--to pre-cook Beans, chop Tomatoes. [I posted this recipe.]
