Sauerkraut, Sweet Pepper, Beer side dish
sauerkraut in beer is used with many entre' choices; using this with the whole Salmon baked in the same beer is a good addition and adding the sweet pepper rings is a good touch.

Sauerkraut, Sweet Pepper, Beer side dish Preparation
Oven temp-350 [ bake at same time as entre'
lightly spray olive oil on bottom & sides of glass baking dish
open & drain Sauerkraut
place 2-4 c. in baking dish [ amount based on 1/2 c. servings]
slice sweet peppers horizontally to make rings or chop if you wish
place peppers on top of sauerkraut in any design you wish
pour Beer over all ingredients
drizzle with Ex. Virgin Olive Oil
garnish inside pepper rings with roasted Garlic & sun-dried tomato
Bake on top rack
add to oven after entre' has baked for 15 min.
remove when liquid is bubbling & kraut is lightly browned- keep warm until ready to serve
