Sauerkraut, Sweet Pepper, Beer side dish

Sauerkraut, Sweet Pepper, Beer side dish

Ready in 40 minutes

sauerkraut in beer is used with many entre' choices; using this with the whole Salmon baked in the same beer is a good addition and adding the sweet pepper rings is a good touch.

changing pepper choices will alter the dish; those who like 'hot' peppers can enjoy this Beer-Sauerkraut dish. adding more Garlic & sun-dried tomato pieces will also alter the flavors. that is the fun of cooking-you can make the flavors work for your family. [I posted this recipe.]
