Chicken Nachos Grilled Preparation
Filet chicken breast into several thin slices, generously salt and pepper them or use adobo, place them on a very hot grill pan with a little oil. Sprinkle lime juice over them on one side only. Cut your onions in slices and place them in hot grill pan.. Cook both until well grilled on both sides, dice into small pieces. Set aside.
Dilute your beans with a little water and chile powder; they spread more easy this way.
Fill a plate with chips, spread beans over them to cover all of them, then olives, then ? cheese, then chicken, then onions, then jalapenos, then the rest of cheese. You can microwave them at this point or you can turn on your broiler in the oven and broil them til cheese is bubbly.
Top with your favorite salsa, and other condiments like sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo.
