Tasty, and very simple like many crock pot recipes, but it would be great if you included specifics regarding amounts. For example, how big of a bag of frozen onions, 1lb? My market didn't have frozen onions, so i used a large onion, and it was plenty for 6 servings. Or, how big a can of beans 12 oz? I used a 16oz can for 6servings and that wound up working out too. Oh, and if you don't like your chili on the sweet side, make sure to use a BBQ sauce that isn't sweet. I used cattleman's honey BBQ and it made the chili a little too sweet for my taste.
