3 big chunksCauliflower
100 gramsSoft Paneer/ Cottage cheese
20 gramsbell pepper
2 green chillies
Salt; to taste
1 tablespoonoil
coriander; Finely chopped to garnish
4 tortillas

Paneer/Cottage Cheese wraps Preparation

Grate the cauliflower first, and wash it with water, drain out all the water and keep aside

Grate the paneer/ cottage cheese

finely chop the bell pepper( red or yellow or green)

Cut the chillies into small pieces

Hit the pan, add 1 tablespoon oil, put the chillies in it, and once they cracker add the grated cauliflower in the pan, mix very little water with salt, for the cauliflower to cook. Dont add too much water, or it will make it soggy. Once the cauliflower is cooked add , the bell pepper and cottage cheese, and salt to taste. Add the coriander

heat the tortilla on a pan, add a litttle butter/ cream cheese on the tortilla, spread evenly, and start putting the cottage cheese filling from the center, and roll it up. Cut the roll in 2 -3 pieces, so it looks like a thin springroll

Serve with ketchup or cheese dip

I made it with cottage cheese, and when I make it again I will first drain the liquid out of the cheese. It was tasty and looked very colorful on the plate.
