| 1 1/2 cupsFlour |
| 3/4 cupsSugar |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
| 2 teaspoonsbaking powder |
| 1/3 cupsVegetable oil |
| 1 egg |
| 1/3 cupsmilk |
| 1 cupfresh blueberries |
| Topping: |
| 1/2 cupSugar |
| 1/3 cupFlour |
| 1/4 cupButter |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonscinnamon |
Blueberry muffins with crumble topping Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degF
Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Mix oil, egg & enough milk to make one 1 cup.
Mix the oil/egg/milk into the flour mixture.
Fold in blueberries
Fill muffin cups to the top
Topping: cut the ingredients together with a fork. Sprinkle the tops of the muffins with the topping.
Bake 20-25 minutes
