8 ounceSeitan, White Wave Traditional
2 teaspoonEarth Balance
8 ounceMushroom; sliced
2 mediumOnions; sliced
1 cloveGarlic; minced
2 teaspoonEarth Balance
1/2 cupWater
1 teaspoonBetter Than Boullon No Beef Base
1 teaspoonSalt
1/4 teaspoonPepper
1 cupTofutti Better than Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoonMustard

Seitan Stroganov Preparation

Cut seitan into 1 1/2" strips. Heat margarine in skillet, add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cover and simmer til onions are tender (5-10 min). Remove veggies and liquid from skillet. Cook and stir seitan in margarine over med heat til browned (10 min). Add water, bouillon, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer til done 10-15 min. Add veggies. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Stir in Tofutti and mustard. Heat through. Serve with noodles.
