Delicious fried onion rings, go great with my coconut crusted chicken.

Slice Onions into rings. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another. Make sure egg is beaten. Dip onion rings in cream mixture and let excess run off. Coat in flour mixture, then dip them in cream again, then coat in flour mixture again. Deep fry in oil at 375 fahrenheit, flip once and take out once golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels, then serve.
