Prep time: 5 min. The night before of the morning of put frozen beef or pork ribs in crock, sprinkle a little seasoning on top. Then pour one to two ( the more ribs the more sauce) over the top of the ribs. cook for 6 to 8 hours. The meat will fall off the bone!*Tip spray crock with cooking spray to make clean up a snap*
