Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1/3 cupSugar
1/4 cupWater
3 cupCanteloupe; (1 melon, diced)
1 tablespoonLemon juice

Cantaloupe Sorbet Preparation

Bring sugar and water to boil, boil 2 min. Cool slightly. Puree cantaloupe and lemon juice in processor or blender, pour in syrup. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
