Original recipe makes 24
| 1 poundMushroom |
| 1/4 cupGreen Onion; finely chopped |
| 1 cloveGarlic; minced |
| 1/4 cupEarth Balance |
| 1/2 cupBread crumbs |
| 1/4 cupVegan Parmesan Cheese |
| 2 teaspoonParsley |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/2 teaspoonBasil |
| 1/4 teaspoonPepper |
Stuffed Mushrooms Preparation
Remove stems from mushrooms, chop stems finely. Cook and stir stems, green onions and garlic in Earth Balance over med heat til tender (5 min). Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients. Fill caps with stuffing. Place on greased sheet and bake at 350? for 15 min.
