1 poundBacon
1 cupbrown sugar

bacon wrapped smokies Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350. Cut bacon strips into thirds and wrap each third around a little smokie. Coat the smokies wrapped in bacon in brown suger (the more coated the better) place on broiler rack of pan cover drip tray with foil for easy clean up later. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes or so until the bacon is crispy, turn halfway if desired. Makes the house smell so good and they are really yummy !
