Very yummy
"Great recipe overall. Only problem is that it calls for 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic an it would be better with about 1/4 onion and 1 clove of garlic. | 1 containerricotta cheese; (1.5 cups) |
| 1 red pepper |
| 10 mushrooms |
| 1 onion |
| 1 carrot |
| 2 clovesgarlic |
| 1 egg; (optional!) |
| 2 cupsspaghetti sauce |
| 1 bagmozarella |
| 1.5 boxespre-cooked canneloni shells |
| 0.25 cupparmesan; dried |
Vegetarian Canneloni by Jen Preparation
dice and mix pepper, mushrooms, onion, carrot and garlic
mix with ricotta, egg and mozzarella ("mixture")
just barely cover bottom of baking pan with some spaghetti sauce
stuff the canneloni shells with the mixture
put the stuffed shells in the baking pan
cover with the rest of the spaghetti sauce
sprinkle the parmesan over this
cover with tin foil and back for 50 minutes
