| 3 1/4 cupsUnbleached Flour |
| 1 1/2 tspBaking Powder |
| 1 tspBaking Soda |
| 1/2 tspSea Salt; (regular salt is fine too) |
| 1 1/8 cupCreamy Peanut Butter |
| 1 stickButter |
| 1 cupfirmly packed Brown Sugar |
| 2 Eggs |
| 1 1/4 cupButtermilk |
| 3/4 cupMilk Chocolate Chips |
| 3/4 cupPeanut Butter Chips |
Milk Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bread Preparation
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Combine in bowl, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl, set aside. Cream together peanut butter and butter, add brown sugar, mix thoroughly. Add eggs one at a time until blended. Add flour mixture and beat until combined well. Fold in chocolate and peanut butter chips.
Divide between 3 loaf pans size 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 inches, sprayed with nonstick spray such as PAM.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from pans after 15 minutes and cool on rack.
8 servings per pan.
